Created by mixed media artist Lisa Fe'ao Tansley (aka PopTart NZ) who uses dècoupage, acrylic, paint, crayon, pencil, ink and a myriad of other resources to produce very nichè assemblage art.
Being able to create gives Lisa a sense of purpose and a connection to the world which is rich and rewarding. Her art is playful, camp, funny, loud and anti-establishment.
Identifying as a person with a disability, she was born with a primary immune disorder which manifests inc chronic illness. She’s able to create her artworks at home working at her own pace. Her hope is that her art brings a little joy to those who appreciate it and a reminder to enjoy life no matter what it brings.
